Yes. First-time importers and startups are welcome, and we guide you through every step.
Do I need an IEC?
No. We work under our own IEC and handle 100% of the paperwork. All you need is GST registration.
What is the smallest order?
Every import or export needs at least 25 units and 20 kg per shipment, and you can mix any products. Ready stock starts at 25 units, corporate orders at 50.
How do I know the bulk will match my sample?
You approve a sample first. We inspect during production and again before shipping, and fix problems at the factory.
What does landed cost mean?
Everything to get the product to your door: factory price, freight, insurance, customs duty, IGST and local delivery. Your quote shows it, with shipping as an estimate settled at actual cost after landing.
Can I order just one shipment?
Yes. There is no long-term commitment. Many customers start with one order and come back.
Do you only work with China?
No. We source from 35+ countries across Asia, the Middle East and Europe, and export Indian goods worldwide.
What can you not ship?
